Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Front of House Officer at our Worsley site (M28 3GU). You will be the public face, delivering excellent service and maintaining safety and security across the site.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, maintaining records, and coordinating with management. Minor PPMs such as fire alarms and temperature checks will be performed, with contractor liaison as needed.

Qualifications

• SIA frontline guarding licence required.
• CCTV SIA licence desirable.
• Experience managing multiple site visitors, including contractors.
• Vigilance with attention to detail and strong communication.
• Experience in a multi-site FM environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors and tenants to deliver a first-class service.
• Carry out regular site patrols and monitor safety and security.
• Maintain incident records and liaise with management on service delivery.
• Carry out minor PPMs including fire alarm testing and temperature checks.
• Report building faults and track progress to completion.

  We’re currently looking to recruit a Front of House Officer to ensure exemplary standards of customer service, safety and security are provided to the client and visitors to the site at all times. As the public face of the site, we’re looking for someone you will act with professionalism at all times; a can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.

  In this role you will readily interact with all visitors/tenants within the building, delivering a first-class service and continuously looking for opportunities to proactively be of assistance to visitors and staff on site. You will be responsible for carrying out regular patrols, ensuring that it is safe for all visitors and tenants. Supported by our safety procedures, you’ll make sure that all incidents on site are managed properly and that detailed records are maintained to help keep us compliant. In this role you will maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems and provide regular liaison with the management team on all aspects of service delivery.

  In addition, this role will include the responsibility of carrying out minor PPMs to include fire alarm testing, and L8 temperature checks, you will also report any building and fabric faults, tracking progress through to completion.

  As an Apleona Front of House Officer, we’re looking for:

  • SIA frontline guarding licence
  • CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience managing multiple site visitors, particularly managing contractors
  • Vigilance with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience of working as part of a team in a multi-site FM environment
