Job summary

Golf Fang Glasgow is seeking a Front of House Manager to join the management team and drive service excellence. You will recruit, train and develop a strong FOH team, uphold high standards across brands and supervise maintenance, cleanliness and product quality.

Successful candidates will be confident in venue management, with cash handling experience and a track record of leading a front of house operation in a multi-brand setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a front of house service.
• Knowledge of sales processes and team motivation.
• At least 6 months managers experience in leading a front of house role.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with recruiting, training and developing a strong front of house team.
• Ensure compliance and uphold brand standards across venues.
• Lead venue management tasks and cash handling with confidence.
