Job summary

Golf Fang Cardiff is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive venue standards and support the General Manager in achieving performance targets. You will uphold brand standards, lead a high-energy team across departments, and ensure compliance with licensing, HR and H&S requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to train staff, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our venues. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months management experience at a similar level.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Innovative ideas for cocktail menu and service development.
• Licensing, HR and H&S legislation experience.
