Job summary

ATG Entertainment in Glasgow is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee the Customer Experience Team during performances at Theatre Royal and King’s Theatre. The role focuses on delivering seamless FOH operations, driving sales, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

You will manage shift rosters, train staff, and be the first point of contact for evening incidents, working on a zero-hours contract based at the Glasgow venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Experience Team to deliver Front of House operations across bar, auditorium and merchandise.
• Improve processes to maximise sales while minimising costs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Handle customer queries and incidents during performances.
