The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team, maintaining high standards.
• Has experience in shift planning and management, and enjoys working with the team to coach on the go.
• Has experience managing labour and rotas, with an understanding of financial performance.
• Loves to celebrate success and recognizes individual needs and achievements.
