The Role

As a front of house manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
• Experienced in shift planning and management, with a love for coaching on the go
• Skilled in managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance

Additional Information

This role is based in an airport location. Successful applicants will need to apply for an airport pass (paid for by Wagamama), provide 5 years of continuous references, and complete a DBS check.
