wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager (full-time) to lead a high-energy restaurant team. You will orchestrate service, resolve issues on the fly, and inspire staff to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll drive training, handle labour and rota planning, and manage the restaurant’s financial performance while celebrating team achievements and maintaining top standards. This role emphasizes growth and guest-centric leadership.
