Job summary

wagamama is seeking a front of house manager to lead with energy, orchestrate seamless service, solve problems on the fly, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll run vibrant shifts, coach and develop colleagues, manage labour and rotas, monitor financial performance, and celebrate success together with the team. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in running and planning shifts to ensure proper cover.
• Experience managing labour and rotas, and understanding financial performance.
• Coaching and developing team members to grow with the business.

• thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
