Job summary

wagamama is seeking a driven Front of House Manager to lead a vibrant shift and deliver memorable guest experiences at our High Wycombe restaurant. You’ll oversee service flow, coach teams and ensure every guest feels cared for while upholding brand standards.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll plan rosters, monitor labour and financial performance, celebrate successes, and embed a kaizen mindset to continuously improve our guest journey and team engagement.
