wagamama ltd is seeking a Front of House Manager for evenings and weekends to lead service with energy and care. You will work with the management team to deliver seamless restaurant operations, support and develop the FOH team, and drive unforgettable guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, shift planning, and a Kaizen mindset to continuously improve service and performance while maintaining high standards across busy peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience in running and planning shifts to ensure appropriate cover.
• Understanding of labour cost and financial performance of the restaurant.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy to run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant alongside the management team.
• Support and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
• Step into service during busy periods, resolve issues quickly, and keep energy high.
• Foster growth in team members and cultivate kaizen-minded improvements.
• Manage shifts and rotas to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations.
