Job summary

wagamama in Dundee is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead with energy, orchestrate service, and inspire a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll work with the management team to run a vibrant restaurant, ensure flawless shifts, and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll develop your team, manage labour and rotas, monitor financial performance, celebrate success, and foster a Kaizen mindset to enhance operations and guest satisfaction across all service moments.
