Front of House Manager
Full Time, 40 hours per week, xxxxx

Morrisons Market Kitchen is coming to xxxx

Market Kitchen is a new concept for Morrisons, based within our busy xxxxx Store, following the successful launch of Market Kitchens across the UK.

Market Kitchen will use ingredients straight from our famous Market Street to create delicious and affordable meals for customers. Customers can wait for food prepared by our chefs, pick it up in pre-packed portions, or order from home via Deliveroo. Our food offering will be trend-driven, often reacting to consumer feedback, and will provide tasty dishes on the go at affordable prices.

As Front of House Manager, you will engage with customers to enhance our services and relay feedback to the relevant business areas. You’ll support the activities of the Front of House team and lead by example to deliver excellence at all times.

This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment and a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative new concept where your passion for great food and service is crucial to the brand’s success.

In addition to an attractive salary, we offer two discount cards: one for you with 15% off, and one for friends or family with 10% off shopping in Morrisons.

Skills and Experience
  • Working towards Hospitality Supervision and Leadership qualifications or relevant experience in hospitality
  • Minimum Level 3 Award in Food Safety in catering for supervisors, with Level 3 Award in Allergens
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the local community and customer base
