We’re looking for a new Front of House Manager to join the OT team this Summer.
The Front of House Manager is responsible for providing and developing an exceptional customer experience at the Orange Tree, ensuring it is welcoming to a diverse audience and their needs.
As the primary contact front of house, you will be an important ambassador for the theatre, supporting and developing the Front of House team to deliver a great customer journey. The role focuses on driving and maximising front of house revenue while creating a safe and inviting environment for all.
The Orange Tree is planning a capital development project in 2026 to transform our Front of House and bar area. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team now to help inform the plans for that area, as well as to establish the systems, processes, policies, recruitment, and training necessary to ensure an exceptional welcome to our visitors.
