Guildford Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking a Front Of House Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure top-tier guest service. You will communicate effectively, handle complaints, and drive revenue posting with a proactive, guest-focused approach.

Ideally you have at least 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience and are proficient with OPERA. The role offers competitive salary and progression within Harbour Hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Front Office experience at Supervisory level or higher.
• Full knowledge of OPERA PMS preferred.
• Strong communicator with a track record of guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join the team. As Front Office Manager, you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 2 years’ Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA is preferred.
