wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager (part-time) in Milton Keynes to lead a vibrant restaurant team. You will drive service with energy, resolve issues on the fly, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Formación

• Experience leading a front-of-house team in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to plan shifts, manage rotas and monitor staffing costs.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills to develop staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
• helping your team feel seen, supported, and proud of what they do
• jumping into service, solving problems fast, and keeping energy high
• nurturing your team to grow, not just hit targets
• thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen

you’ll love this role if you...

• are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them be the best they can be whilst maintaining high standards
• are experienced in running and planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team, and coaching on the go
• have experience in managing labour and rotas, and understand the financial performance of your restaurant
