Job summary

wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager for a full-time role in London. You will lead front-of-house operations, coordinate a vibrant restaurant team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and leadership.

You’ll drive service excellence, coach staff, manage shifts and labour, and continuously improve processes to keep standards high. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunity for growth within the wagamama hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house operations in a restaurant.
• Strong ability to develop and coach team members.
• Experience in running and planning shifts to ensure proper cover.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy and orchestrate seamless service alongside the management team.
• Inspire and support the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Jump into service when needed and resolve issues quickly.
• Nurture and develop team members to grow and hit targets.
• Continuously spot and implement small process improvements (kaizen).
