The Torridon in the Scottish Highlands is seeking an Assistant Guest Relations Manager who is warm, confident and guest-focused to help deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.

This hands-on role focuses on personalised stays, VIP experiences, resolving feedback positively and supporting the Front of House team to deliver seamless, thoughtful service each day.
