Kitchen Leader Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent food quality and safety standards.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
• Manage stock counts and administrative tasks.

Front of House Leader Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Take ownership of front‑of‑house operations and ensure every customer leaves happy.
• Lead by example and drive high standards.
• Create personalized customer experiences.
• Support team development and training.

Shift Patterns, Pay & Bonus

• Night shifts: Monday night to Sunday night (5 nights/week), between 10 PM – 7 AM – pay £14.40‑£15.65 per hour (inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus £1.25 per hour).
• Day shifts: Available across the week – pay £13.56‑£14.81 per hour (inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus).
• Shifts: 5 days per week, Monday‑Sunday, between 3 AM – 11 PM.

Training and Development

Outstanding training and development – 85% of our managers are promoted internally. Apprenticeships Level 3 are available. 85% of managers started on the shop floor. 80%+ of managers and 20% of our Support Centre team (including our CEO, Pano) started on the shop floor.

Requirements

• All successful applicants must apply for an airport security pass – Pret A Manger will pay for this.
• Be able to provide 5 years of references, including employment, self‑employed, unemployment (Job Centre or Benefits Offices), school/education, and agency references.
