You will motivate staff, oversee bookings and table service, and cover for the Restaurant Manager when needed to keep things running smoothly. This role offers flexible working and clear opportunities for progression within BRG.

• Train and develop team members to ensure they have skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain GBK standards for service and cleanliness to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
