GBK at Chiswick, part of Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG), is seeking a Grill Chef to lead the grill station and craft legendary burgers in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will ensure quality, maintain cleanliness, assist with prep, and work closely with fellow chefs to deliver top-notch dishes while upholding food safety standards. BRG values teamwork, flexibility, and growth opportunities within our diverse brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a grill chef or similar kitchen role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grilling skills with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Master the Grill: take charge of the grill and cook burgers to perfection.
• Quality Control: ensure every burger meets high standards of taste, presentation and consistency.
• Keep It Clean: maintain a clean, organised work area following food safety regs.
• Prep & Cook: assist with prep and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Work as a Team: collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to keep service smooth.
