Nuffield Health is seeking a friendly Front of House Team Member for our Chichester club. This part-time, permanent role covers 16 hours per week with shifts including weekends, paying £27,248 pro rata per year.

You will greet members, manage reception and café areas, and support a welcoming, healthy environment. Strong communication, basic IT (Word/Excel), and a willingness to swim for Lifeguard breaks are needed; training on site will be provided.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all club visitors.
• Support reception and café areas for smooth operation.

• Support the café team with healthy food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and train on site for Lifeguard duties.
• Shifts include 4- and 8-hour slots with weekend work; contract is 16 hours, may increase to 24 hours in 2027.
