Job summary

Nuffield Health Stoke Poges is seeking a Part-time Front of House Team Member to welcome members and visitors, greet with warmth, and ensure a smooth reception and café experience.

Your communication skills, empathy and basic IT knowledge (Word/Excel) will help you deliver outstanding customer care. This is ad-hoc bank staffing with £13.10 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a supportive charity-driven network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to adapt to a busy reception and café environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of the reception and café areas.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment for members and visitors.
• Give a warm welcome and assist queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving fresh, healthy food and drinks.
