Job summary

Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Front of House Team Member to warmly greet members and visitors at our gym on a bank basis. You will need confident, empathetic communication and solid IT basics to assist on reception and in the café.

In this part-time bank role you’ll help run the reception, answer queries, and contribute to a welcoming, professional atmosphere. You must be able to swim well and be willing to train as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Welcome guests with warmth, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo lifeguard training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club

• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
