Job summary

Nuffield Health is looking for a Front of House Team Member at Twickenham FWC to welcome our members and visitors and run a friendly, efficient reception. You’ll use basic IT skills and communicate warmly both in person and by phone, helping us create a welcoming gym environment.

This part-time role supports Lifeguard duties and requires reliability, proactivity and a can-do attitude. Join a charity-driven team with excellent benefits and a focus on health and wellbeing, including gym membership

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to all visitors
• Strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
• Be able to swim to a high standard and support Lifeguard training on site

• Support the smooth running of our reception, including attention to detail and initiative
• Create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way
