Job summary

Nuffield Health in Aylesbury is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet members and visitors, manage reception and café areas, and support the lifeguard breaks. You’ll need strong communication, friendly customer service, and basic Word/Excel skills to help run a welcoming club environment.

The position is part-time with bank shifts, offering opportunities to cover varied hours and contribute to a health-focused charity. Training and supportive team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and welcoming approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel.
• Flexible to work ad-hoc bank shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
