Job summary

The Great Decoy is seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our busy Chickpea pub team. You’ll help create warm welcomes, deliver attentive service and contribute to an enjoyable guest experience. Training and support are provided to develop your hospitality career.

Whether you’re starting out or sharpening skills, you’ll be part of a team that values attitude and people skills, with clear opportunities for progression and regular team activities.
