Job summary

Harri is seeking a Breakfast Chef for The Bell & Crown, a Times and Sunday Times Pub of the Year 2023, located in Zeals. The role focuses on starting the day with calm, organised service and delivering a high standard Full English for guests and locals.

You'll prepare and deliver breakfast, keep the kitchen ready for service, and uphold food safety standards while working with the kitchen team to ensure every service begins well.

• Preparing and delivering breakfast service and keeping the kitchen organised for the day ahead.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness and working with the wider kitchen team.
• Ensure every service starts on the right foot and meals leave the kitchen to a consistently high standard.

The garden has a brand-new layout to make the most of the summerevenings and the 6 bedrooms upstairs have had a refresh.

We're looking fora Breakfast Chef who enjoys starting the day the right way, takes pride inconsistency and sets the tone for the kitchen from the first service.

Breakfast is animportant part of what we do. Whether it's guests staying the night or localsjoining us for a proper Full English, your role is to deliver a calm, organisedservice and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to the same high standard.

The food ishonest, hearty and rooted in the seasons. Proper breakfasts made with qualityBritish produce from trusted local suppliers, alongside lighter options anddaily specials. We keep things simple and do them well. No unnecessary fuss.Just consistently good food, cooked with care.

You'll beresponsible for preparing and delivering breakfast service, keeping the kitchenorganised and ready for the day ahead, maintaining high standards of foodsafety and cleanliness, and working closely with the wider kitchen team to makesure every service starts on the right foot.
