Job summary

Chickpea is seeking a Floor Manager to join the leadership team at our village pub. You will work with the GM and AGM to deliver exceptional hospitality and lead the Front of House team to high standards.

We value hands-on leadership, taking ownership, and developing staff to progress within Chickpea. A strong guest focus and proactive coaching are essential to our service culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• A passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and set the standard for hospitality.
• Welcome guests and ensure they feel valued and looked after.
• Support GM and AGM with day-to-day operations of the pub.
• Coach, support and develop the Front of House team.
• Foster a positive, energetic and supportive team culture.
• Demonstrate Chickpea values in daily work.
• Notice and act on small issues before they escalate.
• Take ownership of service and maintain high standards.
• Assist with training, inductions and developing future leaders.
• Step in to run the pub when required.

We’re looking for a Floor Manager to join GM and AGM to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while helping lead and develop the team.

• Support Joe and Alice with the day-to-day running of the pub
