Chickpea, a beloved village pub, is seeking a Floor Manager to join the GM and AGM in delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding the team. You’ll lead from the front, ensure guests feel welcome, and shape a positive culture across front-of-house operations.

You’ll develop leaders, take ownership of service, and uphold Chickpea’s high standards, with clear promotion paths and continual training.

We’re looking for a Floor Manager to join GM and AGM to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while helping lead and develop the team.

Working alongside GM and AGM, you’ll be an important part of the management team — helping to set the standard, support the team and make sure every guest receives the kind of hospitality we’re proud of.
