Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is hiring a Front of House & Referrals Coordinator for our Accrington AP setting. You will greet students, manage admissions, and coordinate multi-agency referrals to support SEMH learners.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, GDPR, and effective communication with parents, schools, and social workers. Term-time and full-year options may apply with a permanent route after probation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to de-escalate and manage anxious pupils and parents.
• Strong organisational and IT capabilities for handling admissions files.
• Experience with GDPR and safeguarding documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage Front of House and reception duties with a friendly, calm presence.
• Greet pupils and visitors and manage sign-ins and SCR procedures.
• Coordinate admissions and pupil referrals from local authorities and partner schools.
• Collate background paperwork, EHCPs, risk assessments for admissions.
• Liaise with SENCOs, social workers, and local authority inclusion staff.
• Record attendance and referral status in school MIS (CPOMS/SIMS/Arbor).
