Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a Front of House & Pupil Referrals Coordinator at an Alternative Provision in Accrington, Lancashire. The role is full-time with a temp-to-perm path and a salary up to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will welcome students, manage referrals, coordinate multi‑agency liaison, and handle admissions documentation, using MIS systems and safeguarding best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in school administration, PRU environments, or frontline roles within education is highly welcomed.
• Strong organisational and IT capabilities to handle pupil admissions files and multi-agency referrals.
• Knowledge of GDPR and safeguarding practices to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: greet students and visitors, de-escalate tensions, ensure a calm start to the day.
• Admissions & Referrals: manage inbound referrals, collate documents, and prepare admissions packs.
• Multi‑Agency Liaison: coordinate with SENCOs, social workers, and local authority staff.
• Data & Attendance: input and track attendance and referral status in the school MIS systems.
