Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is supporting a multi-site Alternative Provision Trust across East Lancashire and the Ribble Valley. We are seeking a dynamic Sales, Partnerships & Referrals Manager to lead pupil admissions by engaging secondary schools, MATs, SENCOs, and local authority teams.

Based across Accrington and Clitheroe, the role blends school visits, council forums, and campus partnerships to grow referrals and ensure placements, with a basic salary of up to £35,000 and local travel

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within education or public sector.
• Ability to build relationships with senior school leaders and local authorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive pupil admissions by engaging secondary schools, MAT leaders, and local authorities.
• Attend education forums and briefings to position the trust as preferred provider.
• Pitch commissioning packages (placements, dual-registration, respite, pathways) to school leaders.
• Manage referral pipeline from enquiry to enrollment and track occupancy.
