Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Admissions Officer for a leading independent school in the Blackburn area. You will manage the end-to-end enrollment journey, convert enquiries into registrations, and deliver exceptional customer service to families.

The role focuses on pupil recruitment, relationship building, and data management in SIMS, including Open Mornings and scholarship assessments. 40 hours weekly at £28,000 per annum on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer-service mindset with a professional approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel abilities; SIMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management: guide enquiries from first contact to enrolment.
• Relationship building with parents, pupils and feeder schools.
• Coordinate Open Mornings, Taster Days and scholarship assessments.
• Maintain MIS data and provide reports to SLT.
