Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in Lancashire seeks a Sales, Partnerships & Referrals Manager to lead pupil admissions, outreach to headteachers, MATs, SENCOs, and local authorities.

The role focuses on building trusted, long-term relationships across secondary schools and AP provision. You will manage referrals, tailor commissioning packages, report on regional capacity, and travel between Accrington, Clitheroe, Burnley and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, charismatic and resilient communicator with proven ability to build trust with schools and local authorities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and written communication skills.
• Experience in education recruitment, student admissions or partnerships sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with regional secondary schools, MAT leaders and Lancashire County Council inclusion teams to promote AP placements.
• Attend education forums and headteacher briefings to position the trust as the provider of choice.
• Pitch tailored commissioning packages (placements, dual-registration, respite, vocational pathways) to school leaders.
• Manage end-to-end pupil referral journey from enquiry to enrolment and ensure documentation aligns with capacity.
• Maintain tracking of placements, pipelines and SLAs; report progress to trust executives.
