Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker / Pastoral Support Worker in Blackpool, Lancashire, to support students in an Alternative Provision setting with SEMH needs.

You will deliver 1:1 mentoring, small group interventions, and tailored pastoral care, helping learners regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education in a supportive, multi-disciplinary team. Qualificações

• Experience with children/young people in SEMH settings or similar roles.
• Proven ability to de-escalate and manage challenging behaviour.
• Commitment to safeguarding and getting enhanced DBS checks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 mentoring and small group interventions.
• Provide pastoral care and emotional check-ins with students.
• Collaborate with teachers, mentors and safeguarding teams.
