Specsavers Lichfield is seeking a Front of House/Administrator to handle a wide range of admin and hearcare tasks. You will triage patients, answer calls, book appointments, update records, and support both patients and the Hearcare team, with opportunities to complete the ACS course.

The role is based at the Lichfield store, offering a busy, friendly environment and weekend working on a rotating basis. Pension is provided, and ACS qualification development is encouraged.

Formación

• Experience in administrative roles and handling client/customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage appointments and records with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and professional telephone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Triaging patients and handling general queries.
• Answering calls and making confirmation calls for clinics.
• Updating and filing records and managing banking tasks.
• Booking and managing appointments and related scheduling.
• Assisting with repairs to hearing aids and related admin duties.
• Supporting Hearcare team with day‑to‑day operations.
