Job summary

Maki & Ramen is launching a new Front of House site in the United Kingdom. We seek an experienced, adaptable FOH team member to lead the launch, greet guests, manage reservations, take orders, serve meals and handle payments with a focus on service excellence.

Join us and help shape a vibrant, guest-focused dining experience with strong teamwork and flexibility across varied shifts, including nights and weekends. ASAP start date and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic math and POS system knowledge.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar.

Pay Rate: £11.00 - £12.71 (typical earnings up to £14 p/h with tips)

Hours/Schedule: 30-35 per week (hours are negotiable)
