Job summary

Maki & Ramen is expanding with a new Front of House site in the UK. We seek an experienced, adaptable leader to guide the launch, shape the guest experience, and drive service excellence. Join a growing, vibrant team delivering homemade ramen and fresh sushi with a warm, attentive touch.

This role offers 30–40 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and tips. You’ll work on a lively floor, coordinate reservations, and ensure guests leave with a memorable visit. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and people skills.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and waitlists.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
