Job summary

Boundary Outlet is seeking a Systems Manager to lead the front-end operations at our Sheffield store. You will oversee the till area, welcome desk and fitting rooms, ensuring friendly, accurate service and a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

Lead, support and motivate the till team, welcome desk and fitting room assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the till, welcome desk and fitting room areas, and ensure smooth front-end trading.
Monitor customer flow and manage queues effectively during busy periods.
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, including cash and card payments.
Balance tills, handle cash and complete reconciliation procedures.
Support with training, coaching and development of your teams.
