Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking an Advisor to act as the first point of contact for the Children's Front Door, receiving, managing and accurately recording contacts, requests for support and safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people.

You will provide a professional, sensitive and responsive service to practitioners, partner agencies, children, young people and families, ensuring effective communication, accurate record-keeping and timely escalation of concerns where

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline safeguarding services.
• Good record-keeping and data recording.
• Ability to work under statutory guidance and local procedures.
