Nottingham City Council is seeking a Lead Child Protection Practitioner to oversee safeguarding work and ensure high-quality practice. You will provide leadership across child protection activity, supporting practitioners and partner agencies to make informed decisions focused on children's safety.

Working with social care, health, education and police colleagues, you will drive multi-agency decision-making, promote best practice and deliver positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading child protection practice within a safeguarding context.
• Ability to coordinate with social care, health, education and police partners.
• Strong professional curiosity and risk assessment skills.
