Nottingham City Council is seeking an organised administrator to join the Children's Front Door. You will be the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns and requests for support from children, young people and families.

You will gather information, assess urgency, record details accurately, and escalate where needed in line with statutory guidance and local procedures, ensuring a sensitive, professional service.

• Receive, manage and accurately record contacts, requests for support and safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people.
• Gather relevant information, assess urgency and ensure contacts are progressed promptly and appropriately in accordance with statutory guidance, local procedures and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Provide a professional, sensitive and responsive service to practitioners, partner agencies, children, young people and families, ensuring effective communication, accurate record-keeping and timely escalation of concerns where necessary.
• Contribute to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children and young people, helping to ensure they receive the right support at the right time.
