Qualifications

• Experience as a social work leader with significant expertise in child protection and safeguarding.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing services and embedding a culture of excellence, accountability and reflective practice.
• Passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable children and ensuring the voices of children and families remain at the heart of decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape child protection practice across Nottingham.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Lead Child Protection Practitioners and oversee performance, quality assurance and practice development.
