Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Front of House during shifts.
  • Train and motivate Front Desk Receptionists.
  • Support upselling initiatives and drive revenue targets.
  • Ensure accuracy with room allocations and billing.

Skills

Front Office or Reception experience in a hotel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities under pressure
Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera Cloud preferred)
Supervisory or shift leader experience
