The position is full‑time on a temporary basis, starting ASAP, with shifts across 7 days per week. The ideal candidate will have front‑of‑house experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Qualifications

• Front‑of‑house experience in a customer‑facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support the check‑in and check‑out process.
• Ensure rooms are clean, prepared and ready for new arrivals.
• Assist residents with luggage and general enquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional and efficient front‑of‑house environment.
