• Front of House reception: greeting patients, booking them in and out to the Eye Clinic and Day Case Theatres, and handling enquiries.
• Cover will be required for clerical office work, Eye Clinic Reception, and File Room as necessary and on differing shift patterns.
• Booking and pending future appointments, booking interpreters, and filing paperwork are regular aspects of the job.
