Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited in Guernsey is seeking a Receptionist for a temporary ongoing contract. You will be part of the front of house team on the ground floor, greeting tenants and visitors and performing administrative tasks throughout the day.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm, delivering a five-star service and supporting room bookings and guest inquiries. Previous customer-facing experience and IT literacy are essential.

• Experience working in customer facing corporate environments
• Experience carrying out temporary assignments
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate

Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants and guests delivering five-star service
• Answer calls and emails promptly and appropriately
• Assist occupants and guests with queries and resolve issues
• Sign in visitors and help with directions around the building
• Show tenants and guests to available hot desks and meeting rooms
• Book, prepare and clear meeting rooms as needed
• Report relevant information to Front of House Manager and Facilities team
• Keep front of house areas tidy and well-stocked
