Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Workplace Host in Swansea to provide high-quality front-of-house support within a busy workplace environment.

Greet visitors, manage calls and emails, coordinate meeting rooms and basic AV, perform admin tasks and keep visitor logs, and ensure site security and health & safety procedures while working with facilities teams.

This is a contract opportunity offering £16.91 per hour for the right candidate with strong communication skills and basic IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic IT skills including email and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception presence.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, room setups and basic AV requirements.
• Support administrative tasks, record keeping and visitor logs.
• Follow site security, access control and health and safety procedures.
• Work with facilities teams to support day-to-day site operations.
