Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a professional and approachable Workplace Host to work at a corporate banking site in Swansea. The role is a temporary cover from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with 30 hours per week and a 30-minute unpaid break each day.

The start date is 7 September 2026, and pay is £13.45 per hour. You will create a welcoming, professional environment for employees, visitors and contractors while helping ensure the workplace operates smoothly.

Qualifications

• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
• Meet and greet visitors, employees and contractors.
• Assist with general workplace and facilities enquiries.
• Ensure reception and communal areas are presented to a high standard.
• Support meeting room bookings and preparation.
• Carry out regular checks of workplace and communal areas.
• Liaise with facilities, cleaning and maintenance teams where required.
• Report maintenance, health and safety or facilities issues.
• Assist with deliveries and general workplace requests.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• General administrative and workplace support duties as required.
