Job summary

LAH Property Marketing seeks a Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial building in Birmingham. You will be the face of the building, greeting tenants, visitors and contractors, and supporting a range of occupier engagement activities.

The role requires a warm, professional presence, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently on-site. Training and support from the Building Management team are provided, with opportunities to contribute to newsletters and events.

Qualifications

• Autonomy and ownership in a front-of-house role.
• Strong communication with tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Proactive, organised and calm approach to reception tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome for tenants and visitors.
• Manage busy periods confidently and courteously; support reception operations.
• Coordinate visitors, deliveries and couriers; prepare refreshments as required.
• Support communication tasks and occupier engagement materials (newsletters, notices).
• Maintain a polished reception environment and report issues via the appropriate channels.
